Slitting

 

Our facilities include high speed slitting capabilities that can process coils to 72" wide and 55,000 lbs. creating slit widths to less than 1". A wide range of steel gauges are supported. Surface oil control is included as an integral part of the process. Various packaging methods are employed to meet the requirements of our customers and to protect the final product during transport.

 

 

Our facilities included first operation blanking capabilities for blanks up to 204" long. Blanks of various shapes and configurations can be produced and shipped to the customers packaging specifications.

 

Oscillating Shear

For high volume trapezoid and rectangle production, our precision cut-to-length equipment can provide the cost effective, high quality solution.
